Outreach Ministries

​The Outreach Committee reaches out to people in need of any kind, locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.  Once a month on second Sundays, we highlight certain projects and collect a mission basket offering for these projects. We also promote the partial support of a missionary in Belize, Mbwizu Ndjungu.  In the past we have helped local families in temporary hardship situations, as well as mission institutions such as Northcott Neighborhood House in Milwaukee and a family literacy program in our local area.  We support organizations that help children who are in poverty. In addition, we love to help programs that serve children and young adults with special needs.  Every year, we send money to UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) which helps people all over the world recover from natural disasters. We hope to be able, with the generosity of the church and the community, to continue to bless others in need whenever and wherever we can.  We feel that often the giver receives real blessings through giving.  We seek God's guidance and the example of Jesus as we do what we can for others in His name.
